Tournament Information

• Teams attending the Amishland Grand Prix are encouraged to book their hotel accommodations through the official housing provider EventConnect.
• EventConnect has contracted discounted accommodations near the tournament location and on average save teams 24% on hotel costs. Through the EventConnect online booking platform, teams can create a complimentary room block with individual reservations at various properties.
• Teams traveling over 75 miles for the event are encouraged to book at least 5 rooms per team by families and friends.

This AAU Grand Prix is a National AAU Sponsored Event. Winners in each age division will have all or part of their fee waived for AAU Nationals, the West Coast Championships, or the Volleyball Festival. Reimbursement will be a sliding scale based on 16 teams in each age group. If the first place team has already won a free entry OR does not accept the free entry, the free entry will go to the second place team.

Teams earning a free or discounted entry fee must contact volleyball@aausports.org before July 1st, 2026. Refund requests will not be accepted after July 1st, 2026. Winning teams WILL NOT automatically be refunded, nor will they be contacted by the National Office. Refunds will be issued after completion of the AAU National Tournament to teams who participated in the 2025 AAU National Tournament

All teams must still enter the National Championships or Volleyball Festival by the entry deadline, regardless of the date of the Grand Prix or Super Regional. Spots will not be held for winning teams.
